Keith Dowman Dzogchen retreat

The overriding ethic of Khorde Rushen is solitary practice. The Rushen routine is designed to optimize that yoga practice. To minimize socialization is priority but still some people will need people-contact more than others. As the retreat progresses most likely your predilection for social contact will diminish and you may stay in solitude for practice.
The original Rushen retreat is the principle and most effective entry into the Dzogchen mandala. Its radical method is unique to Dzogchen.
Our spacious land at BBR is ideal for this practice. Everyone with a Dzogchen inclination is welcome.
